These terms explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when customers, sellers and other users access RushPi.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of RushPi, including its website, marketplace, customer accounts, seller tools and related services.
By creating an account, placing an order, publishing a listing or otherwise using RushPi, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you should not use RushPi.
You must provide accurate and current information when registering or updating your account. You may not impersonate another person or business.
You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account. Contact RushPi immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. A person using RushPi for a business confirms that they have authority to act for that business.
Customers must review the product description, selected options, quantity, price and delivery information before confirming an order.
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and cooperate reasonably when delivery clarification is required.
Customers may not make fraudulent orders, misuse promotional offers, submit false complaints or attempt to obtain products or refunds through deception.
Sellers must complete the required registration and verification process before using restricted seller functionality.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their business details, product descriptions, photographs, prices, stock and delivery information are accurate.
Sellers must have the legal right to offer each listed product. They remain responsible for product quality, safety, authenticity, warranties and compliance with applicable laws.
Verification means RushPi reviewed information submitted by the seller. It is not a guarantee of every product or future transaction.
RushPi may review, reject, suspend, archive or remove a product listing that violates these terms, creates a safety concern or contains incomplete or misleading information.
Products from an approved seller may be published automatically. Automatic publication does not remove the seller's responsibility for the listing and does not prevent later review or removal by RushPi.
Public availability may change because of stock, seller status, product status or administrative action.
Submitting an order creates a request to purchase the selected products. An order may be pending, confirmed, processing, shipped, delivered or cancelled.
RushPi or the relevant seller may cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, delivery information is insufficient or completing the transaction would violate these terms or applicable law.
Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and confirmed.
The price, applicable delivery fee and total amount are displayed during checkout. Customers must review the final amount before confirming an order.
Available payment methods may include mobile money, card, bank payment or cash on delivery, depending on what is displayed at checkout.
Payment services may be provided by third-party financial institutions or payment providers. Their terms may also apply. Never share a password, PIN or verification code with RushPi, a seller or a delivery person.
Delivery options and fees are presented during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by location, product availability, weather, transport or other circumstances.
Customers should inspect the package and visible product condition when receiving an order and report missing, damaged or incorrect items promptly.
A customer may request cancellation before an order has progressed too far for cancellation to be reasonably completed.
Return eligibility depends on the applicable product return policy, the reason for the request, the product condition and any legal consumer rights.
Refunds are issued only after the request is reviewed and approved. Processing time may depend on the original payment method and payment provider.
You may not use RushPi to:
You remain responsible for descriptions, photographs, reviews and other content you submit.
By submitting content, you give RushPi a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, display and use that content as needed to operate, promote and improve the marketplace.
You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
RushPi processes personal information as explained in its Privacy Notice. Users must only access and use information needed for a legitimate marketplace transaction.
Sellers must protect customer names, contact details and delivery information and must not use them for unrelated purposes.

RushPi's name, branding, website design, software and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially use these assets without written permission, except where the law expressly permits it.
RushPi may update, restrict or temporarily interrupt parts of the service for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons.
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
RushPi provides technology that helps customers and sellers discover products and manage transactions. Sellers remain responsible for the products they list and supply.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RushPi is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
RushPi may restrict, suspend or close an account when it violates these terms, creates a security or safety risk, causes harm to users or exposes RushPi to legal or operational risk.
Where appropriate, RushPi may request additional information or provide an opportunity to correct a problem.
You may request account deletion through the Delete Account page, subject to records RushPi must retain for legal, security or transaction purposes.
RushPi may update these terms to reflect changes in the platform, business operations or legal requirements.
The updated date will be shown on this page. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Disputes should first be raised with RushPi so the parties can attempt to resolve them fairly.
